How can I access the virtual Tana Forum?

The Tana Forum Secretariat will utilize the virtual platform KUDO. The platform offers simultaneous translation. For more information you can visit the KUDO Website here

When will I receive the link?

Three days before the Forum, the Secretariat will share the link to the sessions of the Forum?

Will in-person attendance be possible?

The Secretariat will be broadcasting live from the Sheraton in Addis Ababa where up to 100 speakers, moderators and select participants will be in attendance. As per the directives of the WHO and the Ethiopian Ministry of Peace, The Secretariat will not be able to accommodate additional participants.

Who will be attending?

Similar to previous years, the Tana Forum is expected to gather a wide spectrum of African leaders and citizens; bringing together heads of state and government, leaders of regional organisations, civil society and the private sector, eminent scholars and practitioners, students and youth, and representatives of Africa’s global partners to discuss this important topic.

A list of confirmed participants will be shared in the pre-forum booklet which will be made available on October 12, 2020
